Following the recognition obtained from Food Matters Live, which named Millbio as the winner of the Future Ingredients Award for 2021, which celebrates innovation, creativity and resilience of the food and nutrition industry, at the last exhibition FIE in Paris, we presented the next generation of botanical extracts for the food industry: our X-TRA GUARD LINE.
X-TRA GUARD LINE is a pure innovation from plant origin, developed and formulated in Italy. Since the Rowan Berry is a source of sorbic acid, it is a neutral solution for the food and beverages industries to replace potassium sorbate/sorbic acid.
